Returns and Exchanges

Customers may request a return or exchange within thirty days of delivery, provided that the items remain unused, unworn, and unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. To initiate the process, customers must contact us at elysstore@zohomail.com and provide the order number together with the reason for the request. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product has been received damaged, defective, or incorrect. For hygiene reasons, items such as lingerie, swimwear, and earrings are not eligible for return or exchange.
